Contact our support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.
Pack with Care
Place the telescope or accessory in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outer shipping box and send the package to our certified inspection center using a tracked and insured carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the optics and electronics, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
